Chelsea take taken to Instagram to wish defender Gary Cahill a happy birthday as the England international turns 31 today.
Cahill has been revitalised since Antonio Conte took over at Stamford Bridge, with the subsequent switch to a back-three helping him produce some of the best performances of his Chelsea career.
He had a season to forget last time around, but he looks back to his brilliant best now as the Blues look to win the Premier League title. If Cahill and his defensive partners continue to perform in the manner they are currently, they could well be top of the pack come May.
Chelsea have conceded just two goals in their previous 11 Premier League games, keeping nine clean sheets in the process. With Chelsea sitting seven points clear and guaranteed to be top at Christmas, we imagine it will be a very happy birthday for Cahill.
